The Saugeen Bluffs Maple Syrup Festival (near Paisley) is the largest outdoor festival of its kind. It keeps with tradition by having plenty of real maple syrup on hand as well as hot pancakes and sausages! Horse drawn wagon rides, an entire pioneer encampment, maple activities, the Bruce County Heritage Association with their antique equipment, shows, maple games, vendors, live music and so much more!
