In the summer, Port Elgin waterfront transforms into a bustling outdoor beach market, complete with food, treasures and baubles galore. Come on out each Wednesday from 9am-3pm from the end of June until the last Wednesday before Labour Day.
Over forty vendors bring assorted goods such as fresh produce children's toys, candy, meats, books, jewellery, crafts, purses and clothing. Near the flea market, you will find parking, a lovely sandy beach, eating establishments, entertainment, playground equipment, and a busy marina.
Make a day of it, plenty of activities and things to do await you!
Admission is only 25 cents - children under 12 free. Parking is available!
NOTE: No dogs allowed walking through the market. Dogs are allowed, but must be carried through the market at all times.
