will give you greater flexibility to choose a Builder (if you don’t have one pre-selected).

You can rest assured knowing that the end product has been designed and fine-tuned to reflect your wants and needs and family’s lifestyle
You have an opportunity to approach a number of Building contractors for pricing which then will allow you to select a builder based not only on price but also on your relationship and how well you hit it off.
He can also work with your chosen Builder to fine-tune the plans as needed
