As Jeff Carver says, "Your meal can only be as good as your raw ingredients. When we say we use "Fresh ingredients" it means that we get our ingredients from local suppliers like Hi-Berry Farm and Hoofin-It Butchers. Our fish is brought from the Toronto markets on the same day, so it's always fresh."
